Windows on the Sea is the 1225 square-foot prime end unit in this small complex at the quiet north end of Rockaway Beach.   The modern curved building offers each unit complete privacy from neighbors. You'll be directly in front of the water with an unbroken view, parallel with our 7 mile long sandy beach.

 

 

CONDO DESCRIPTION

Windows on the Sea is beautifully furnished in a modern but comfortable style.

The vacation rental features two bedrooms with quality king beds. Both have firm mattresses with pillowtops and 550 thread-count double-ply linens.  Two luxurious marble and tile baths have glass-enclosed walk-in showers, plus a large soaking tub in the master bath.

Cook and sip in a gourmet kitchen with all new stainless appliances while enjoying the view. Barstools line the kitchen island, and there's a round glass-top dining table next to the deck windows.

The condo includes a new 55" Samsung Smart TV with cable connection to over 200 channels, including all the movie and sports channels available, and Blu-ray/DVD player, along with fast, free secure wireless internet so you can be as connected as you want to be.  There's also a large library of CDs, DVDs, books, games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

The ground floor is the parking level, giving the condos above elevated views. 

Windows on the Sea is on the top floor with vaulted ceilings and long views all the way up and down Rockaway’s amazing 7 mile sandy beach.  You see the Nehalem Bay jetty to the north with Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain looming behind it, and the Twin Rocks with the Tillamook Bay jetty and Cape Meares beyond it to the south. 

Windows on the Sea has its own private elevator*, and a cart to help you easily bring your things up in one quick trip. There's also a stairway for those who prefer. *Elevator is occasionally down for service.
