LOCATION
Rockaway Beach sits on Highway 101, the Pacific Coast Highway, 1 hour and 45 minutes from Portland via the scenic Highway 6 following the Wilson River to Tillamook. From Tillamook, Rockaway is a 20-minute drive north on Highway 101. Windows on the Sea is one of the modern Manhattan Beach Condominiums (also known as Nedonna Views) 1.5 miles north of the town center at 105 NW 23rd Avenue.
